 |  MB Builders have just finished a combined extension and garage conversion to provide a dining room, utility room, ensuite shower room and study. The project was extremely well managed and brought in on time and on budget. Mark, Chris and Nathan are a very reliable, multi-skilled team so between them undertook virtually all the work. Communication and liaison with my wife and I was very good throughout the process and they went out of their way to minimise the intrusion into our home. The standard of care and workmanship at every level was exemplary and we were able to benefit from Mark’s considerable knowledge of the latest building techniques to optimise space and maintain high standards of insulation. A single membrane flat roof over the entire build was another example of latest technology and impressively installed. The individual plank, tongue and groove oak flooring was laid with real precision and looks spectacular. We were very impressed with your organisation of the installation, quality of work, cleanliness and punctuality. Working with a brief to completely renew the kitchen units including sink, cooker and hob, but retain the existing wall tiling and floor coverings, you undertook the work with a minimum of disruption, and completed the job in a little over a week, which we think is most impressive, considering we also asked you to skim over the kitchen ceiling! As always, your costs were more than fair, so all in all, we are very happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family in the future.
